Zuzzy's Cookie Dough is made from All Natural Ingredients*! With no trans-fat, preservatives or imitation flavors we are the healthiest cookie out there! We use all natural unbleached wheat flour, pure cane sugar and pure vanilla extract. We are the only cookie out there that can please the tastebuds and go easy on the mind & body! Our dough can be enjoyed many different ways, our favorites: Raw -- right out of the container, topped with hot fudge, or mixed with your favorite ice cream! Bake 'em -- right out of the oven, topped with ice cream and hot fudge, or an ice cream cookie sandwich! Our Cookie Dough can be refrigerated for up to 2 weeks after opening and can be frozen for up to 1 year!

The pasteurization process consists of a hot bath that exposes the egg to a temperature of at least 120 degrees (the egg is not cooked). This bath destroys bacteria without causing the yolk or white to coagulate. You can eat a pasteurized egg raw without the threat of salmonella bacteria!

Uniquely, our dough is made with pasteurized eggs which allows you to eat it raw without the worries of eating regular dough. Keep it in the refrigerator for up to 2 weeks (after opening) or keep it frozen for up to 1 year.

Ready To Eat: "Right out of the container! Our staff likes to 'spoon' - you know, grab a spoon and dig in! Watch out when sharing with Joe though - he usually comes armed with the biggest utensil! We also love to add chunks to our favorite ice cream for a REAL cookie dough treat!

Bake 'em: "We love the cookies right out of the oven with a tall glass of cold (local?) milk. Jeff is crazy about them half-baked (no surprise there!)
