Hands Down the Best Cookie Dough in the Valley, Zuzzy's is beginning to get the regional and national recognition they deserve. Established in 2005 as a "Homemade" dessert delivery company, the owners Joe Jeresaty and Jeff Sadowski decided to shift the focus of their company and the concept of the "ready-to-eat" cookie was born. Jeff, the magician behind the dough, created eight flavors including: chocolate chip, m & m, heath bar, oreo, peanut butter, chocolate truffle swirl, oatmeal raisin and newly added double chocolate chip. All ingredients* are All natural and ready-to-eat! Uniquely, Zuzzy's uses pasteurized eggs, allowing the
dough to be eaten "raw" with out the worries of getting sick!

The Owners
Joe Jeresaty has been an entrepreneur in the food service industry for 11 years. Before starting Zuzzy's Desserts Inc., Joe owned and operated two highly successful restaurants in Western Massachusetts. Mr. Jeresaty also serves on the board of the Northampton Center for the Arts and has had experience in event production, primarily focusing on outdoor concerts and theater. A native of New England, Joe is passionate about his community and continues to donate his free time to many local and regional community efforts. He currently lives in Hatfield, MA.Jeff Sadowski is a professionally trained chef and has been cooking for nearly 25 years. His specialties include regional French and Italian cuisine as well as specialty pastries and desserts. He is an award winning baker and has developed the formulas for Zuzzy's Desserts, a company he co-founded with Joe Jeresaty. Mr. Sadowski is also a certified baking instructor and has published two cookbooks French Cuisine and Italian Cuisine (John Wiley & Sons 1997). He lives in Northampton, MA with his family.

Zuzzy's cookie dough was designed to cater to all cookie lovers! The Ready-to-Eat or Bake option caters to "raw" dough lovers, Busy Moms and Dads, the kitchen-less college student, and cafes and restaurants that aim to serve gourmet desserts! Our dough is sold by the pint and by tub (10 lbs.). Whether looking to eat em' bake em' or sell em', We are the cookie for you!Grassroots... As a new company, we believe that grassroots marketing is extremely important. A major part of our branding & marketing initiative is currently focused in grassroots. We jump at the opportunity for any retail tasting and promotional opportunities... We are part of a small community in a Region of many possibilities! Point of Purchase Options... We are currently developing three different point of purchase options for our retailers. These options will be available to our retailers in January 2007. Options include coupons, contests and display options.
Special Events... We love action! Zuzzy's is passionate about being involved in local and regional events! We offer an exciting and tasty way to get the crowd involved! We review sponsorship packages and Non-Profit requests on a monthly basis and ask that all sponsorship & donation requests be sent in at least 2 months prior to event.
Advertising... Most of our conventional advertising is designed to drive traffic to our retailers and create brand awareness. We are starting slowly and strategically planning all exposure efforts around our local market ... looking to push regionally by the summer of 2007.
