Hands Down the Best Cookie Dough in the Pioneer Valley, Zuzzy's is beginning to get the regional and national recognition they deserve. Established in 2005 as a "Homemade" dessert delivery company, the owners Joe Jeresaty and Jeff Sadowski decided to shift the focus of their company and the concept of the "ready-to-eat" cookie was born. Jeff, the magician behind the dough, created eight flavors including: chocolate chip, m & m, heath bar, oreo, peanut butter, chocolate truffle swirl, oatmeal raisin and newly added double chocolate chip. All ingredients* are All natural and ready-to-eat! Uniquely, Zuzzy's uses pasteurized eggs, allowing the dough to be eaten "raw" without the worries of getting sick! 

The Owners

Joe Jeresaty has been an entrepreneur in the food service industry for 11 years. Before starting Zuzzy's Desserts Inc., Joe owned and operated two highly successful restaurants in Western Massachusetts. Mr. Jeresaty also serves on the board of the Northampton Center for the Arts and has had experience in event production, primarily focusing on outdoor concerts and theater. A native of New England, Joe is passionate about his community and continues to donate his free time to many local and regional community efforts. He currently lives in Hatfield, MA.

Jeff Sadowski is a professionally trained chef and has been cooking for nearly 25 years. His specialties include regional French and Italian cuisine as well as specialty pastries and desserts. He is an award winning baker and has developed the formulas for Zuzzy's Desserts, a company he co-founded with Joe Jeresaty. Mr. Sadowski is also a certified baking instructor and has published two cookbooks French Cuisine and Italian Cuisine (John Wiley & Sons 1997). He lives in Northampton, MA with his family.
